The Clifton ShallowBath™ NE2-2D is a compact 2 litre digital water bath specifically designed for small-height samples including microtubes, microplates and small bottles.
Its shallow design provides excellent visibility and easy sample access while requiring less water and fewer process chemicals than conventional deeper baths. Precision PID control provides stable heating from ambient +5°C to 99°C.

Clifton Shallow Form Series vs Traditional Style
Clifton shallow height water baths for life science operate with low liquid level suiting small bottles, micro tubes and micro plates. If using a conventional water bath, the minimum liquid level for accurate operation is above the height of small bottles tubes etc, often requiring the extra expense of additional raised shelf.
